How It Works: Finding Your Property
1. Free Consultation Session
- We begin with a detailed, no-obligation consultation to understand exactly what you are looking for—your budget, location preferences, and all your "must-have" criteria.
2. The Independent Market Search
- Once we have your requirements, we get to work. Unlike a traditional real estate agent, we are 100% independent and search the entire market (all portals and private networks) without bias.
3. Shortlisting Suitable Properties
- We carefully filter hundreds of listings to find the most suitable options. We personally verify their availability and accuracy, filtering out outdated or fake ads.
4. Your Review
- We present you with a curated shortlist of properties. You review this list and choose exactly which ones you would like us to inspect using our "Full-Insight" Viewing Bundles.
