Schedule Your Viewing
To Arrange a viewing for a property you are interested in and want us to view on your behalf, simply contact your preferred Property Agent and we shall coordinate with them to schedule a meeting and ensure you can view your desired property.

Explore our Remote Property Viewing Options
​ Prior to conducting a viewing it is advised to have a pre-viewing checklist prepared.

Live Viewing - via Zoom, Whatsapp or other platforms.. Providing real-time commentary and answering client questions.
Client is free to direct parts of the tour, i.e can you show inside cupboards and so on.

Recorded Viewing - capturing a full walk-through of the property, with commentary highlighting both pros and potential cons.
Post Viewing Report
After the viewing has been completed, you shall receive a report within 24-48 hours.
Reports will offer honest and unbiased feedback.

About Us
After years of searching for our perfect place in the world we finally found it - Cyprus!
As a family with 3 kids it cost us a lot of time and money to travel to Cyprus to view properties in order to find the perfect home. Having made several visits to Cyprus to view properties, we would end up going back to the UK disappointed, as we did not find the right property and also sometimes the property we liked would have already been taken off the market, having received an offer, or we did not get the right information about the property or the area, as it seemed, in some cases the client's needs was not the main focus.
However, after months of research and travelling, we finally found our dream home and moved to Cyprus from the UK.
Having moved from the UK to Cyprus ourselves, we understand firsthand, the challenges of finding the right property, hence based on what we went through in hindsight, we understand the importance of being readily available to view Properties as and when they come onto the market, due to how quick the property market in Cyprus moves.. Hence, why we decided we want to help people like us to find the perfect place with less fuss and inconvenience, saving you time and money for travelling, whilst trying to find your perfect place in Cyprus.
